Another new model from Russell Hobbs that is a little short on luxury features such as a lockable lid or light, but the rising time of 58 hours (how long food takes to thaw and start to spoil) is well above average and worth bearing in mind if you suffer power cuts.

Russell Hobbs have now included their Freezer Guard technology on this model which makes it safe to use in areas where the ambient temperature can drop as low as -15 degrees Celsius - great for the garage or outbuilding.

There are two baskets supplied but there are no luxuries like an interior light or lockable lid. The drain plug for defrosting is front mounted which will make things easier when that time comes. Worth noting also it has a flame retardant back.
